Our Culture

Clinical Trial Media is small, woman-owned, and privately held and operated

At CTM, we are a dedicated team of individuals who are passionate about clinical research, client experience and doing great work. We are smart, fun and care about each other and the patients we are helping. We are also passionate about giving back to and making a difference in the community through regular volunteering events.

We have built a culture of inclusion with an initial focus on advancing women in leadership roles. With women now representing more than 50% our leadership roster, we continue our focus to further diversify CTM through race, ethnicity, gender, background, and languages spoken. This allows us to consistently bring new ideas and diverse voices to our clients.

We’re proud to say that CTM’s culture has helped us to retain 25% of our expert staff for over 10 years, and 60% for 5 years. Study teams love that they get the same CTM team from start to finish of the project. Nothing is worse for study momentum than a transition in team leadership mid-study.
